1. Service

VELMOURNE — a trading name of LTV Production Limited (Company No. 12217724, registered office Unit 112 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SG) — provides a premium private chauffeur service operating in London and Greater London, UK. By making a booking through our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. We operate a single vehicle and cannot accommodate overlapping bookings. A minimum of 1 hour's notice is required. Quotes are valid for 30 minutes from the time they are generated.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking via our secure Stripe payment system. We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All prices are in GBP and include VAT.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Free cancellation 24 or more hours before your scheduled pickup time (full refund). Cancellations between 12 and 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund. Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup: no refund. All refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method.

5. Passengers & Luggage

Maximum 4 passengers per booking. Maximum 2 large suitcases plus carry-on bags. Child seats are not provided; you may bring your own.

6. Hourly Bookings

Hourly bookings include a mileage allowance of 40 miles per 4-hour block (pro-rated). Excess mileage is charged at £2.50 per mile and settled after the trip via a Stripe payment link.

7. Waiting Time

Airport pickups include 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the flight lands. For all other bookings, 10 minutes of waiting time is included from the scheduled pickup time.

8. Liability

We maintain appropriate private hire vehicle insurance. Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the journey. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
