How far in advance do I need to book?
You can book with as little as 1 hour's notice, subject to availability. For peak times (weekends and holidays), we recommend booking as early as possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation 24+ hours before pickup. 50% refund 12-24 hours before. No refund within 12 hours of pickup.
How many passengers can you accommodate?
Up to 4 passengers comfortably in the Tesla Model 3 Long Range, with space for 2 large suitcases.
